all lunch combos include salad dressing, teriyaki sauce and/ or aloha soy sauce. each plate portions are 6 to 8 oz. of meat, macaroni salad and sweet roll. each half sheet is 6 lbs. before cooked. each lb. serves 2 adult portions. half sheet hawaiian bbq chicken or kalua pork or mixed. half sheet of white rice, 12 servings macaroni salad, 12 buttered and grilled hawaiian sweet rolls. $5.41 per person.
