slow-cooked pork seasoned with hawaiian salt and other spices to give it a slight smoke-flavored taste. it was originally cooked in the ground in an (imu) with hot rocks, ti leaves and banana stalks for hours and then shredded before serving. comes with soy sauce. half sheet served with with soy sauce.
