(the tandoor is a pit oven made from clay. it is heated by charcoal from the bottom. meat, poultry, and seafood stay immersed in a special marinade over a long period of time and are skewered and broiled in the tandoor. all of our tandoori dishes are served with basmati rice.) salmon marinated in freshly ground spices then grilled in the tandoor. served with basmati rice.
