(the tandoor is a pit oven made from clay. it is heated by charcoal from the bottom. meat, poultry, and seafood stay immersed in a special marinade over a long period of time and are skewered and broiled in the tandoor. all of our tandoori dishes are served with basmati rice.) paneer pieces marinated in yogurt and ginger garlic paste then broiled in the tandoor.
