a dosa is a savory thin crepe made from a fermented batter of rice and black lentils. dosas are naturally gluten free (except rava dosas which are made from cream of wheat and rice flour). served with sambar and coconut and tomato chutneys. all masala dosa are served with mildly spiced potato (all paper and rava dosa are dine-in only). each additional topping (spinach, mushroom or paneer)). crispy rice and lentil crepe (spice free).
