Mysore Sada Dosa (a dosa is a savory thin crepe made from a fermented batter of rice and black lentils. dosas are naturally gluten free (except rava dosas which are made from cream of wheat & rice flour). served with sambar and coconut & tomato chutneys. all masala dosa are served with mildly spiced potato (all paper and rava dosa are dine-in only). each additional topping (spinach, mushroom or paneer)). hot mysore spices added to the crispy rice and lentil crepe served plain or with mildly spiced potato and onion masala.
