wait...65 this dish originated out of the legendary hotel buhari in chennai, india. the myth has it that soldiers in the year 1965 were looking for a quick protein fix and this provided just that in a little more. the chicken is marinated overnight with red chilies, garlic, and a hint of ginger. served with our signature yogurt raita and mint and tamarind chutney.
