Murgh Makhani (Butter Chicken) butter chicken as we know it traces its roots back to delhi, india. the chicken is marinated overnight with lemon juice, yogurt, and a mixture of red chilies, salt, and garam masala. then cooked in a homemade tomato sauce with a generous dose of butter. we have our own take - a little less on the creamy butter and more on the complexity of flavor. theres a nice hint of garlic and ginger to our dish. served with a side of white rice.
